About Kevala Norwich Terriers

I have been passionate about purebred dogs and animals for as long as I can remember. My background includes raising and training guide dogs, showing horses, and working in veterinary medicine. In addition I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from California State University, Fresno in 2017.

My journey to the Norwich Terrier began with Vesper, my first Norwich, who joined me in 2021. She quickly became the dog that inspired me to learn everything I could about the breed, from health and temperament to structure, grooming, and the history behind the Norwich Terrier.

Kevala Norwich is dedicated to preserving and improving the breed through thoughtful, responsible breeding. My goal is to produce Norwich Terriers that are healthy, sound, and true to the breed in both structure and temperament. I value dogs that can excel in the show ring and other activities while still being adaptable, engaging companions in everyday life.

Health testing, genetic screening, sound structure, stable temperament, and appropriate socialization are important parts of my breeding program. I am committed to providing my puppies with the best possible start in life through puppy culture and early neurological stimulation.

Above all, I believe breeding should be approached with purpose and respect for the breed. Each litter is carefully planned with the goal of producing the next generation of Norwich Terriers while maintaining the qualities that make this breed so special.
