About Kevala Norwich Terriers

Since childhood, I've been a purebred dog enthusiast, and my journey has taken me from raising and training guide dogs for the blind to owning a wide variety of breeds from Irish Wolfhounds to Akitas and everything in between. But after losing my heart dog—a little red terrier mix—I always knew I'd find my way to Norwich Terriers. My love for animals has always been at the forefront of my life, from showing horses in different disciplines to pursuing a career in veterinary medicine after earning my Bachelor's in Animal Science. It’s clear that animals are my true passion, and this passion shines through in my commitment to responsible breeding practices and the loving lifestyle I provide for my pets.

My first Norwich Terrier Vesper, who joined my life in 2021, has been the light of my life. She has inspired me to learn everything I can about the health, temperament, grooming, and all things Norwich.

My mission is to breed healthy, happy, and well-rounded Norwich Terriers that embody the breed's classic characteristics and temperament. I am committed to responsible breeding practices, including thorough health testing, genetic screening, socialization to ensure the well-being of our dogs and the broader Norwich Terrier community. I strive to produce Norwich Terriers that are not only beautiful and well-built but also have the ability to excel in a variety of venues, are friendly and adaptable, and make excellent companions for people of all ages and lifestyles.

In addition to my dedication to responsible breeding, I am committed to providing my puppies with the best possible start in life through puppy culture and early neurological stimulation. I believe this approach will ensure they grow into confident, well-behaved, and socially adept dogs that will bring joy and companionship to many lives.
